We will follow up promptly to talk the project through and arrange a visit. On that visit we read the indoor relative humidity, meter the flooring and the subfloor, and take a slab reading where the work is below grade. The written quote that follows carries those numbers alongside the scope, the grit sequence and finish schedule where sanding is involved, and the cure and return-to-service times.
